No white roses please for tea
on this day that honors our mothers
No white roses, please, for me
Not for Christians... maybe for others

My grandma still lives, your grandma too...
Our mother's still live and with us in their sight
We'll live and work and play... for days but a few
Until it's time for our heavenly flight...

No white roses please. No white roses for me... or for you!
