"Can't Touch This!"

Praise Night Miracle

As I was sitting, playing my bass on our most recent praise night, a wonderful revelation swept over me with the force of a Mighty Rushing Wind. It was a simple thought. How blessed you are Larry Grizzle to be sitting together with your family (ALL OF IT)... Wife, Children, Grandchildren... Praising the Lord together with all our mights in the total freedom that the Holy Spirit gives... Free to allow God to be Himself in our midst... Free to express ourselves in whatever way the Holy Spirit prompts... Freedom for my granddaughter, Kali, to ask (and I paraphrase) "What happens to people that die and don't know Jesus?" And after she had it explained to her in a non-explicit way, focusing on separation from Jesus instead of the punishment which explanaion
was mete for a little girl, she asked... "Can I pray for them"? A grandpa's heart nearly burst out of his chest at that point. My granddaughter is not saved yet (in that I don't think that she has reached the age of accountability yet, having not reached even the tender age of seven)... However, She is already in the process of being saved. Our praise sessions involve the children and allow for their short of attention spans by our tolerance and love which is one of the great benefits of worshiping as a family and close friends. What an out of this world, other-worldly blessing and miracle this was! Deb has another story to tell about this night and I will let her tell it. When she does I will post it here. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!! I feel like MC Hammer... "Can't Touch This"! God Bless You!!
